Margarita Velasco Yesca, 22, (women in red shirt) listens to Leovigildo Cortes Mendoza, a facilitator with Opportunidades, as he takes a survey to make sure she’s preparing properly the food supliments during a visit to the local clinic in el Cocal, a remote village in south Oaxaca State, Mexico. Margarita is 6 months pregnant. This outreach is part of the Opportunidades program run by the Mexican government.
